For lunch, you can enjoy our " Midi-Express " formula at €18.90 on weekdays (excluding public holidays) ; or choose one of our three seasonal menus at €23.00, €30.00 or €46.00 - as well as our "Carte" - which are served every day for lunch or dinner and prepared with passion and talent by our team of cooks and pastry chefs whose Executive Chef is Mr. Alessandro ROSAS. Aged 51, he did his apprenticeship in Palaces of the Italian Riviera then arrived as a young cook in France with André DAGUIN whose restaurant at the Hôtel de France in Auch then sported 2 MICHELIN macaroons! After more than two years with André DAGUIN, he frequented many starred tables and has just left a prestigious 5-star restaurant in the Pyrénées Atlantiques to join us...
The restaurant is open every day, for lunch and dinner, from Saturday June 15 for lunch to Saturday September 21 for dinner.
Hours: Lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. & Dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Would you like to enjoy our swimming pool? It is possible on the dual condition of having lunch that day at our restaurant and having taken the precaution of reserving your table in advance because the number of places at the swimming pool will be limited.
Our advice: book your table well in advance to enjoy our superb terrace overlooking the hotel garden and/or free access to the swimming pool!
