A new Chef since the reopening of the Restaurant at the Hôtel d'Etigny on Saturday June 15, 2024



It is with a new Executive Chef that the Restaurant at the Hôtel d'Etigny has reopened its doors since Saturday June 15, 2024. Mr. Alessandro ROSAS will delight you with his inventive and refined cuisine, inspired by the flavors of his native Italy.

Aged 51, he did his apprenticeship in Palaces on the Italian Riviera then arrived as a young chef in France with André DAGUIN, whose restaurant at the Hôtel de France in Auch then displayed 2 MICHELIN macarons! After more than two years with André DAGUIN, he frequented many Michelin-starred restaurants and has just left a prestigious 5-star hotel in the Pyrénées Atlantiques to join us...

The restaurant is open every day, lunch and dinner, from Saturday June 15 for lunch to Saturday September 21 for dinner.

Hours: Lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. & Dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
